Revivre’s support groups are now available online for anyone living with anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder.
Revivre’s free virtual support groups [in French] will allow us to offer you support at home, wherever you are. The virtualization of our support groups is an important step towards further expansion of our services. We are happy to be able to offer help to a greater number of people during this time.
What are support groups?
The Revivre self-help groups consist of weekly meetings that allow people living with anxiety, depression or bipolar disorder to share their experiences and their emotions. These meetings take place in an atmosphere of listening and respect. Completely free, it is now possible to participate in one of these meetings in the comfort of your home. Led by a mental health worker, the virtual groups take place four times a week :
- Monday evening, 7 pm - 8:30 pm [French]
- Wednesday afternoon, 1:30 pm - 3 pm [French]
- Wednesday evening, 7 pm - 8:30 pm [English]
- Friday morning, 9:30 am - 11 am [French]
In order to provide a safe space where you can drop in and interact freely, those interested in participating must register beforehand. In line with our values, this approach simply aims to offer services that adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality. Once registered, you will receive all the necessary participation information via email, including installation instructions for the Zoom videoconferencing software as well as a meeting code and a password that permit access.
- Monday 12 pm for the Monday evening group;
- Tuesday 5 pm for the Wednesday evening group;
- Wednesday 12 pm for the Wednesday evening group;
- Thursday 3 pm for the Friday morning session.
Note that only a maximum of 20 persons per group is permitted and that we operate on a first come, first serve basis.
Looking forward to connecting with you!
